Our Wedding Process

STEP ONE:

Book a call with us. It will usually be a quick initial chat no longer than 30 minutes, so that we can get an idea on your wedding florals. We will check our availability on your wedding date, go over your wedding flower checklist for the big day, discuss realistic budget estimates and generally get to know each other a little. Helpful hint - Have some images available beforehand so that you can send these to me after the consultation. Having a visual always helps getting a good understanding of your flower dream lookbook!

STEP TWO:

We promise to get a quote back to you within 48 hours. The quote will have a detailed itemized breakdown of all items, flower types, colours, descriptions and inspirational floral images to help you build the best picture of what we can deliver.

STEP THREE:

Let it all sink in. We will reach out a week after sending the quote to chat about any concerns or changes that you would like to make. If you then decide that Meadow Flower Studio is your dream flowery wedding partner, we will send across a contract. We require a 50% deposit on the total amount at the time of confirming your booking with us. Yay, sigh of relief.... you have your wedding florist sorted!

STEP FOUR:

After you have booked with us, we are all yours! Your date is secure and we can then move forward with ironing out any additions or last minute changes that you may have. We can arrange an in-person meeting if you need one and go over an action plan for setting up and delivering your perfect day.
